Our River Cottage

We currently live about 2.5 miles down the road from our building site in a small yellow house. It has an incredible access to the Elk River. We have thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the beach on hot days. It's also a great spot to put in or take out canoes and kayaks.

It has a large deck perfect for evening sitting
